Youth Programs

Alpine's Youth Recreation Program open to all climbers ages 5 - 18.

Trailblazers

For climbers 5-6 years old. With a focus on community building, fun and getting your climber comfortable on the wall. Returning participants will continue to progress their skills and techniques.

 Thursdays 1pm – 2:15pm or 4pm – 5:15pm

For Climbers 7-9 years old. With a focus on community building, fun and getting your climber comfortable on the wall. Participants will be introduced to the basics of climbing, including risk management, proper gear use and basic climbing technique. Returning participants will continue to progress their skills and techniques.

Wednesdays: 1pm – 2:30pm OR 4:00pm – 5:30pm

For ages 10-18 years old. Climbers will learn the basics of bouldering and sport climbing (including how to top rope belay), and be able to quickly develop their climbing skills while building community and gaining confidence. Returning climbers will continue to develop their passion and skills for sport climbing and bouldering with the help of our knowledgeable and passionate coaches. 

Tuesdays: 1pm – 2:30pm OR 4:00pm – 5:30pm
