First 30 minutes
Check in and gear up
We welcome and check in your guests. Your host covers house rules and shows kids and parents how to use the auto belays.
Next 60 minutes
Climb the Adventure Center
Seventeen themed walls on auto belays, from first-timer friendly to big challenges. Your host stays with your group and cheers everyone on.
Last 30 minutes
Celebrate
Head to your private party room for pizza, cake and singing. Tip: open presents at home to make the most of your time.

Includes your staff party host, 60 minutes of climbing, harnesses and your private party room. The birthday child counts as one of the 10. Balance is due at check-in.

Parties of 15+ climbers get 2 staff hosts. If your count drops below 15 on the day of the party, a $50 staffing fee applies. Up to 15 non-climbing guests can attend free with a signed waiver.
Good to know
Before you book
- Book for your highest possible headcount. It’s easier to reduce your count than to add staff and gear last minute.
- Everyone signs a waiver before arriving, climbers and spectators alike.
- Closed-toe shoes are required to climb. Skip dresses and skirts.
- Bring your own food, drinks and decorations. Piñatas, glitter, confetti, silly string, noise makers, alcohol and thumbtacks aren’t allowed.
- Parents are encouraged to stay and help clip kids into the auto belays.
- Need to cancel? Give 14 days’ notice for a full deposit refund. Inside 14 days, we’re happy to reschedule.

Kids birthday party questions
$350 for up to 10 climbers, with a $100 deposit to book. Each additional climber is $35, up to 20 climbers. Members get 10% off the entire party.
Yes. A party of 10 is the birthday child plus 9 guests.
About 2 hours: 30 minutes to check in, 60 minutes of climbing in the Adventure Center and 30 minutes in your private party room.
Yes. Book for your highest possible count. You can add guests, but we can’t guarantee extra staffing or space on short notice. If you reduce your count, your full deposit applies to the balance. Parties of 15+ have 2 hosts, and a $50 staffing fee applies if the day-of count drops below 15.
Up to 15 non-climbing guests, such as parents and grandparents. Everyone needs a signed waiver.
Yes, bring your own food, cake and drinks. Round Table, Mountain Mike’s and Domino’s all deliver to Alpine. Schedule delivery for about 45 minutes before your party ends.
In the Adventure Center only, on 17 themed auto-belay walls. It’s a shared space, and we manage capacity based on your group size. Parties don’t include the bouldering or rope areas. Older kids who want the tall walls can book a Staff Guided Belay.
If spots and harnesses are available, they can join for $35. Or a parent can buy an Adventure Center session at the front desk, subject to availability. Either way, their parent supervises them.
Closed-toe shoes are required. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Dresses and skirts aren’t recommended.

Cancel at least 14 days before your party for a full deposit refund. Inside 14 days, we’re happy to reschedule, but the deposit isn’t refundable.
