Meet Thad Ortez. Thad is a wealth manager with Rooted Wealth Management. He and his wife Kristen are high school sweethearts and live in Ripon with their two girls.
tell us about your climbing background
Thad started climbing a year ago. He first came to Alpine for the fitness classes, but eventually migrated to the climbing walls. He now climbs 4 days a week with the morning crew!
why did you join alpine?
It was a great way to start doing some fitness classes. I loved the community that is here and the amazing coaches.
what advice would you give to a new climber?
Just come check it out! It’s an amazing workout with amazing people. You’re stronger than you know and overcoming fear is amazing.
